The CYS API belongs to the Representational State Transfer (REST) category. They allow you to perform 'RESTful' operations such as reading, modifying, adding, or deleting data from your CYS portal. CYS lets you connect multiple data sources with ease. From the data sources, you can drag & drop the data items you need into one database and use it for analysis and reporting.

By flagging the variables and data fields that contain personal data and setting a risk level (high, medium, or low risk). With customization per risk level and per project, even within a project separate conditions can be set within a single risk level.

All selected records are automatically anonymized based on your company's policy. For example; When your company policy states that personal data needs to be anonymized or removed within three months after being processed, the CYS software will automatically, after three months, overwrite all information that is flagged as high/medium risk personal data. Using a Vlookup CYS will update all your new records automatically with the new data structure, without any manual work. If needed the CYS software will update and repair all historical records in any databases within 4 hours after the reference database is updated.
