Full of enthusiasm and confident, you will tell our future customers about our XM solutions. You convert qualified leads into paying customers, you are responsible for your own sales pipeline and want to work with your other sales colleagues to grow CYS!

Contribute to a growing company

You come in: first coffee and catching up with all your colleagues. The atmosphere is immediately good.
Next, you start planning your day:

  • You receive qualified leads and are asked to present a “customized demo” to a
    potential new customer.
  • You take the customer through our sales presentation and tell them what is possible to clearly
    make us the right partner.
  • Of course, you go a step further and, in addition to the presentation, show a demo portal in the right “look and
    feel” so they can empathize well.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues comes naturally to you
  • In addition to the current inbound leads, you’ll set up campaigns and come up with creative proposals to even faster
    bring in new customers.
  • To get the most appropriate solution, you will be in close contact every day with your colleagues from Support
    and Customer Success. This is done in Dutch and English.
  • Sometimes this requires adding pressure. This is where you feel great because, you are socially strong, want the
    eager to learn systems content, speaks and writes English well and is therefore confident.
  • You are the link between commerce and IT/solutions, you take responsibility for the sales process until
    you hand it over to a Customer Success Manager.

  • You bring with you several years of sales experience and ideally within software solutions or market research.
