In the past year we have developed a lot of nice features that we like to share with you. This blog will learn you all about Werner’s favorite feature: Multi Channel Data Collection. Thanks to this feature you are able to select the channel that best suits your project or your respondents preferences.
Watch the video below in which Werner explains why this is his favorite feature, how it works and what the results are. Do you prefer to read? Below the video you can find the video transcription.
With this feature you can choose from different channels for collecting data or feedback, or experiment with channels. Make it as easy as possible for your target audience by selecting the channel that best fit their preference.
CYS offers a lot of different data collection channels. When you use different channels for one project, all data and feedback will be stored in one database.
How to use Multi Channel Data Collection?
To start with data collection, go to your questionnaire, form or checklist and select the scheduler option.
Different projects ask for different channels. We have provided you with a few different options, each with its own benefits. It completely depends on your project and which channel fits best.
When applicable, you can define the start and end date of your project and define whether the data needs to be handled as test or live data.
What are the results?
With this feature you are able to select the channel that best suits your project or your respondents preferences. Or you can experiment with channels to determine their effectiveness.
This, and a cross channel strategy for collecting data, will lead to a higher response rate.
CYS offers one software solution for combining all relevant data and feedback from customers, employees and business. We are very proud of the advanced features we have developed over the past year. Multi Channel Data Collection is one of them.
