Why is personalization your favorite feature?

Today, personalization is more important then ever. When you don’t use personalization, your respondents don’t feel addressed and there is a bigger change they are not willing to give their feedback.
How to personalize your questionnaire with CYS?
To personalize your questionnaire you go to your questionnaire, select the page or question you want to personalize and select the ‘field picker’. With the ‘field picker’ you can insert any field that is in your database. By linking your company’s data sources to CYS, you are able to personalize your questionnaire anyway you want!
Another way to personalize your questionnaire is by using the ‘rule engine’. With this user friendly script engine you can create personalized text based on any condition and logic.

In the example below we used the name of the respondent and referred to the answer that was given to the previous question.
