By adding scoring to you research you are able to make the most important questions or answer categories weigh more than other, less important ones and let your results react on this. What truly matters and is important will be automatically taken into account.
Based on the scoring, every time a questionnaire, checklist or audit is completed, a score or main KPI is calculated automatically. One score or KPI means focus and easy to follow goals and targets.
Scoring is used for example in mystery shopping or inventory, marketing or hygiene checks
How to use integrated scoring?
To apply scoring to your survey or audit, go to your questionnaire and select the scoring tab. The first step is choosing the scoring unit, which can be either based on a percentage or 10-point scale.
Once you’ve saved the first step, the scoring details will appear. Open the tab of the page you want to add scoring to. You’ll find a space where you can fill in the score for each answer option.
The scoring uses grouping and pages for hierarchy and calculates a score automatically per group and total. Every time a questionnaire is filled in, the score is calculated and these can be reused in your questionnaire immediately or as a KPI in your reports and dashboards.
What are the results?
By using this feature, you can focus on what is important for your organization. It makes it possible to compare results per region, department, period, event or even per employees. And one, balanced, score or KPI means focus and easy to follow goals and targets.
